Programs & Registration
Nursery School Registration
CCNS has open registration from November to mid-February. Priority is given to contributing church members, followed by current students, alumni and sibling families, Drop In students and new students, respectively. In mid-February, students will be placed into classes. Subsequent registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Summer Camp Registration
Summer Camp registration opens in January and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to current and incoming CCNS students. Starting in March, all registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.
Drop In Registration
Current and incoming CCNS families are offered priority registration for Drop In starting in February for the following year. We will begin to process new family registrations in March. Typically, not all children are initially able to get a spot in Drop In. We create a waitlist and add new children when enrolled children opt out. We will continue to add new families throughout the year as spaces open up.
Class Placement Considerations
Most children qualify for our classes based on October 1st cut-off, aligning with Millburn Public School's kindergarten entry date Children turning the appropriate age after October 1st but October 31st may still be considered. While we prioritize the cut-off, exceptions may occur. Future placements for those missing cut-off will be decided by the classroom teacher and director, and a second year in the same age group not guaranteed.
